At Bullpadel India (by Game Park Private Limited), we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, our return and refund policy outlined below explains the conditions and process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms described in this policy.


1. Return Eligibility

Apparel & Accessories

Returns or exchanges for apparel and accessories are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must remain attached

  • Products must be returned in original packaging

  • A copy of the order invoice must be included with the return

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order

Bullpadel India reserves the right to decline a return request if the returned product does not meet the above conditions.


2. Racket Return Policy

Due to the nature of the product, padel rackets are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered.

Returns or replacements for rackets will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The wrong racket model was delivered

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect

If you believe your racket has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and order details.

Bullpadel India reserves the right to inspect and verify the issue before approving any replacement.


3. Return Conditions

All eligible returns must meet the following requirements:

  • Products must be unused and in original condition

  • Original tags must remain attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • A copy of the order invoice must be included

  • Returns must be initiated within the specified return window

Customers will be responsible for any fees incurred during the sale, including but not limited to:

  • Shipping fees


4. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed under the following terms:

  • Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item(s) only

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs must be arranged and paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Please allow 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and approved for the refund to be processed.


5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to notify us of your return request.

  2. Securely package the item in its original packaging.

  3. Include a copy of your order invoice.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packed and safely returned.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Padel rackets (unless wrong item delivered or manufacturing defect)

  • Products that have been used, worn, or washed

  • Items with removed tags

  • Products with damaged or missing packaging

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items (unless defective)


7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A defective product, or

  • The wrong item

please contact our customer support team immediately upon delivery.

In such cases:

  • Bullpadel India will cover the return shipping cost

  • A replacement or full refund will be issued once the issue is verified


8. International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees

  • Ensuring proper documentation for customs processing

Bullpadel India is not responsible for delays or charges incurred during the international return process.
