Return and Refund Policy

Bull Padel India by Gamepark Private Limited

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made on Bull Padel India by Gamepark Private Limited (“we” “us” “our”). By placing an order, you accept the terms below.


1. Category-wise policy

A) Rackets

  • No refunds or returns on rackets once delivered.

  • Exception – Damaged on delivery: A return/replacement/refund is allowed only if the racket is delivered damaged and the damage is reported as per Section 2.

  • No return or refund once used: If the racket has been used (including removed protective wrap or signs of play) it is not eligible for return/refund/exchange under any condition.

B) Clothing

  • Clothing is eligible for return, refund or exchange only if:

    1. Wrong size delivered (different from what you ordered) or

    2. Manufacturing/quality defect identified at the point of delivery

  • If the product has been used, washed, altered, or tags removed, it is not eligible.


2. Reporting window and proof requirements (non-negotiable)

To be eligible, you must report the issue at the point of delivery or immediately after delivery as follows:

  • Within 24 hours of delivery (recommended to enforce clean audits)

  • Mandatory evidence:

    • Unboxing video (continuous, uncut)

    • Photos of outer packaging, shipping label, product condition and defect/damage

    • Order ID and registered contact details

Claims without evidence may be rejected due to verification risk.


3. Return / exchange process

  1. Email us at shivanii@padelpark.in with subject: Return/Refund Request – Order ID

  2. Share required proofs and reason (Damaged Racket / Wrong Size / Clothing Defect).

  3. Once approved, we will arrange pickup (where serviceable) or share return instructions.

  4. After receipt and QC verification, we will process replacement/exchange/refund as applicable.


4. Refund method and timelines

  • Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment method.

  • After QC approval, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days (bank timelines may vary).

  • Shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable unless required by law or if the error was solely on our side.


5. Items not eligible (strict exclusions)

  • Any product that is used, washed, altered, damaged due to misuse, or missing tags/packaging

  • Rackets not reported as damaged on delivery

  • Clothing issues reported after the delivery window or without required proof

  • Normal wear and tear, color variance due to screen settings, sizing preference issues (unless wrong size delivered)
